Water Sanitation – The main water supply for the village of Tembien is a river shared by both humans and livestock for drinking, bathing, and disposal. This contaminated water supply is one of the leading causes for sickness and disease. H.A.P.P.Y., Inc. has contracted engineers to build a solar powered water sanitation unit that will be self sustaining for the life of the project. Progress Report 11--9-08
